The User declares to be fully informed of the intrinsic characteristics of the internet and notably of the fact that the transmission of data over the internet is only relatively trustworthy, that they circulate on all types of networks of varying character and capacity, which are sometimes saturated at certain periods of the day, in such a manner as to impact on download times or on the accessing of data, and that the internet is an open network and, that in consequence, the information that it disseminates is not protected against the risk of misappropriation, intrusion into the User's system, the hacking of personal data, programmes and files in the User's system, from contamination by computer viruses, and that it is the responsibility of the User to take all the appropriate measures in order to protect the User's data, files or programmes stored on the User's system against the contamination by viruses as well as attempts to intrude into the User's system.

The personal data of the users of the Site are collected, principally by means of "online" forms and treated by the Cabinet acting in the capacity of the curator under the conditions laid down by the law n°78-17 of 6th January 1978 relative to computerisation, to files and modified rights and the EU rule 2016/679 of 27th April 2016 relative to the protection of personal data.

The Cabinet collects and treats personal data according to the consent given by the users who have the intention to receive information from the Cabinet.

This treatment is, by consequence, exclusively with the aim to exchange information with the Cabinet.
The Cabinet does not transmit personal data to any third party.

The Cabinet does not keep this personal data beyond the time necessary to carry out the operations for which the personal data has been collected, and doing so respecting the rules in force, that is until the User expressly requires that personal data be deleted.

The Cabinet ensures the security of the User's personal data by putting in place data protection methods enhanced by physical and electronically secure means.

The User enjoys the right to access, to correct, to delete, to limit treatment, to retract their consent, to portability, as well as the right to oppose the treatment of their personal data. The User also has the right to present the Cabinet with instructions, general or particular, relative to the conservation, to the deletion and the communication of the User's personal data after their death.
