PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The Cabinet does not keep this personal data beyond the time necessary to carry out the operations for which the personal data has been collected, and doing so respecting the rules in force, that is until the User expressly requires that personal data be deleted.

The Cabinet ensures the security of the User's personal data by putting in place data protection methods enhanced by physical and electronically secure means.

The User enjoys the right to access, to correct, to delete, to limit treatment, to retract their consent, to portability, as well as the right to oppose the treatment of their personal data. The User also has the right to present the Cabinet with instructions, general or particular, relative to the conservation, to the deletion and the communication of the User's personal data after their death.
