1987-1993 Legal Advisor in Securities Law at S J Berwin & Co, City of London. All meetings, drafting etc conducted entirely in English.

Incorporation of Investment Banks, Fund Management Companies, Stockbrokers and securing the necessary authorisations, drafting contracts, lobbying UK and European financial institutions and carrying out all the steps necessary to launch the same.

1994-1996 Chief officer of a Consumers' Group in Rennes (UFCS, equivalent of CAB).

1996-1995 Association with a Law Firm (conseil juridique), advising businesses and drafting contracts.

1996 Establishment of my Practice

Drafting of contracts, legal advice, prevention of disputes, constitution of files for all types of private and professional litigation, defense of clients’ interests before French courts, from tribunals to the Appeal Courts (tribunal de commerce, d'instance, de grande instance, conseil de prud'hommes, cour d'appel).

1999 trained as a Mediator.

Member of the National Bureau for the pension fund “Avocats de France”.

• DESS, Post Masters Diploma in International Business Law • (Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures Spécialisees, Law Faculty, University of Tours).
